Hello dear movie fan

The Film Club of the TU-Berlin opens its doors and as always you are cordially invited. Whether you're an action fan or a comedy lover, we've put together a selection of films for you ranging from drama and tragedy to animated films.

We are happy to welcome you and your friends to a cosy evening with us. If you are just as enthusiastic about movies as we are, just talk to us, because we are always looking for new members, who will volunteer to help with the preparation and dismantling of the screenings at the Film Club and do something together.

Do you miss films in the program? Then write us here via our homepage, via email, on Facebook or Twitter and we will try to consider your wishes in the next semester.

In this semester our film evenings take place every Tuesday at 18:30 o'clock in the MA001.

See you soon,

your Film Club

Lupe

Original version with german subtitles

Childhood friends Lily and Amanda reconnect in suburban Connecticut after years of growing apart. Lily has turned into a polished, upper-class teenager, with a fancy boarding school on her transcript and a coveted internship on her resume; Amanda has developed a sharp wit and her own particular attitude, but all in the process of becoming a social outcast. Though they initially seem completely at odds, the pair bond over Lily's contempt for her oppressive stepfather, Mark, and as their friendship grows, they begin to bring out one another's most destructive tendencies. Their ambitions lead them to hire a local hustler, Tim, and take matters into their own hands to set their lives straight.
